Non-Returnable Policy

Thank you for choosing Kisuii Swimwear. Please be aware that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchased items. This policy ensures that each piece you receive is brand new and has not been previously worn or altered. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing guides before making your purchase.

Exceptions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
